2011 Pinot Gris New release
This wine displays subtle primary varietal characteristics of pear, apple and lychees. The palate shows good texture and minerality from partial ageing in French oak. The primary fruit and barrel characteristics are balanced harmoniously by the strong natural acidity of the 2011 vintage.
2010 Tempranillo Sold out
The 2010 Tempranillo is full bodied in style, rich in flavour, and aged in 100% new french oak. It has a round mouth feel with voluptuous tannins, aromas of cinnamon, spice and cloves. The palate displays black fruits, that will develop in time with careful cellaring.
2010 Chardonnay New release
This wine displays primary aromatics of lemon zest, fleshy stone fruit and honey suckle. These primary characteristics are supported by subtle French oak influence carrying the wine forward. A portion of our barrels also undergoes malolactic fermentation, and battonage to further enhance palate texture.

2010 Pinot New release
Our 2010 Pinot displays a savoury nose, entwined with aromas of maraschino cherry, cloves and subtle forest floor characters. Careful selection of French oak barrels gives the wine added structure and focus making it a wine suitable for aging. The wine is well balanced with great natural acidity of the 2010 vintage.
2009 Pinot Noir
Intense fruit aromas on the nose of black cherry and black raspberry enhance the forest floor characteristics; these are encased by a vanilla bean lift from the oak. Careful selection of French oak supported by bright acidity brings great focus to the palate with plenty of fine grained tannins. Good structure will ensure this wine ages well with careful cellaring.

Portsea Estate Olive Oil
Our 100% Estate grown, extra virgin oil is herbaceous and aromatic with good depth of fruit and a distinct peppery finish. The early harvest, hand raked Picual, Leccino and Frantoio olives are cold pressed and the blended oil bottled without filtering to retain as much fruit character as possible.
