2017 Traditional Method Vintage Sparkling
The wine is composed of 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Noir and hails from Red Hill, an area renowned for producing wines with excellent acidity and nuanced aromatics.
Tasting Notes: A youthful nose with fresh, slatey lemon pith, along with brioche and toast. After primary fermentation in our ceramic egg vessel, the wine was aged for 45 months on lees in bottle. The palate exhibits a fine bead with youthful exuberance, coiled power and blood orange driven acid length, finishing with toasty notes, oyster shells and grapefruit.
