2021 Back Beach Chardonnay
Grown on the Mornington Peninsula and sourced from 4 growers, the 2021 Back Beach Chardonnay was fermented and aged in a combination of ceramic eggs and oak. The wine had no new oak and underwent 60% malolactic fermentation.
Complemented by oak maturation characters, the nose is creamy and laden with white peach, nectarine and mandarin rind. The palate is full bodied with peach, fig and nutty characters and a long, persistent finish.
