The 2018 Late Disgorged Sparkling displays wonderful complexity from over 6 years on lees. With a bready, honeyed and brioche driven nose, the palate shows luxurious toastiness with citrus and slatey minerality, resulting in vibrancy, length and power. A fine bead complements a long and persistent palate.
