The 2021 Portsea Estate Syrah comes from a single vineyard in Teurong, the 100 Hunts Road Vineyard. The wine was raised in a 710L concrete egg and a 500L puncheon. 

Intensely dark purple, the 2021 Portsea Estate Syrah is remarkably aromatic and expressive on the nose, with white pepper, clove and lavender and an array of dark red fruits. True cool climate syrah, the palate is medium bodied, plush and pretty, with boysenberry, graphite minerality and gentle tannin.
